Required Build Clinics (For Borrowed Cars)

Participants borrowing a car must attend one of the following build clinics:

May 27, 2026 | 6:00–8:00 PM
May 30, 2026 | 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
May 31, 2026 | 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Mandatory Practice Night

All racers must attend:

June 5, 2026 | 6:00–9:00 PM

If you do not attend practice night, you will not be permitted to race on Saturday.

Race Day Banquet & Awards

Following the race on June 6, we will host our annual awards banquet approximately one hour after racing concludes.

We will provide food and drinks as we celebrate our racers and recognize their accomplishments. We encourage all families to stay and enjoy this special time together.

2026 Race Fees

$35 – Local Entry Fee (includes race t-shirt)
$15 – Car Borrowing Fee (helps with upkeep and maintenance)

Loaner Car Reservations

Loaner cars are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and typically fill quickly.

To reserve a car:

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required
The deposit will be applied toward your race fees
A car cannot be held until the deposit is received

Returning racers have priority access through May 8, 2026.

After May 8, remaining cars will be made available to new participants.

Beginning May 9, 2026, we will host fun runs to fill any remaining available car spots.

We strongly encourage families to reserve early to ensure availability.
